the Baystate Roads Program. Established in 1986, the Baystate Roads Program
is a cooperative effort of the Federal Highway Administration, Massachusetts
Executive Office of Transportation, and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Our
Program Manager, Chris J. Ahmadjian,
provides technology transfer assistance to all communities in the Commonwealth
of Massachusetts.
